I’m Heidi — a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Family Nurse Practitioner, Lactation Counselor, and proud mom. I’m also a former Night Nurse with years of hands-on experience helping families get the sleep they need.

Through my work, I’ve seen just how vital sleep is for babies, toddlers, and their parents. But I’ve also learned that love, connection, and support are just as essential. As parents, we walk a fine line between wanting to comfort our children and allowing them space to grow and develop their own abilities. That balance can be hard to strike and that’s where I come in.

I’m here to guide you through those tough nights and help your little honeybee sleep soundly, so your whole family can thrive.

    Pre-Birth

    Second or Third Trimester

    Pre-birth planning for new parents. Get ahead of the game with a customized plan that supports baby’s needs from day one. Good habits start in the beginning and can help the days go smoothly. Set your little one up for sleep success with our expert guidance before baby’s big debut.

    Newborns

    Age 0 months to 3 months

    Newborns sleep constantly and the sleepless nights can be exhausting. At this stage, the focus isn’t on creating strict routines but on responding to your baby’s needs strategically. Gentle sleep foundations can help set the stage for healthier sleep as your baby grows.

    Age 4 months to 12 months
